GROW UP! The Disney Adults Musical

A group of adults races through every theme park at Walt Disney World before midnight to celebrate a friend who shared their love of all things Disney. What begins as a tribute becomes a story about friendship, grief, obsession and the question of growing up.

From the writers of Broadway’s Bandstand, GROW UP! explores the funny, offbeat and moving lives of people who wish they could live in Fantasyland.

Meet the Writers

Richard Oberacker is a composer, lyricist, book writer and conductor. He composed the music for Broadway’s Bandstand and co-wrote its book and lyrics with Robert Taylor. His conducting credits include Cirque du Soleil productions and national tours of The Lion King and Cats.

Robert Taylor is a lyricist, book writer and musician whose musicals with Oberacker include Bandstand, Ace, Journey to the West and The Sandman. His wider work spans teaching, translation and music criticism.
